The following Terms and Conditions of sale will apply to all transactions with us and do not affect your statutory rights.

You are responsible for the goods from the moment you take possession of them. If you delay delivery, our liability will end at the time we first attempted to complete the consignment via the courier, our liability is for damage caused by us or our agents only up to this date. You must inform us of any damage within 48hrs of receipt. If the packaging is damaged, please mark this information on the consignment note provided by the courier.

If you order goods from us, we will consider this to be an offer and it is for us to accept this before a sale can be considered to have taken place.

Delivery Times are estimates only and we will only consider claims for lost items after a period of 21 days (unless stated). You will be contacted if we are not able to dispatch in time to achieve this timescale.

The goods remain the property of Clevergreen Ltd until we have received payment in full. We do not offer any credit facilities.

You must be 18 years of age or more to order via this web site.

If we are not able to supply the goods you have ordered we will refund this part of the value of the sale only. We will not be held liable for any other costs in relation to the transaction. No other refunds will be considered.

Our products are often very technical in their nature and as such we can not provide any assurances as to their accuracy. We provide technical information in good faith that it is up to date. However, you should refer to the manufacturer if you require the latest information for the product required. Details of the manufacturer or distributor will be provided on request. If we have sold goods that are outside of the specification detailed we will refund the money paid for these items if the specification is not comparable to that of the goods advertised. We reserve the right to suplement items on a like for like basis.

We aim to do business with a policy of openess and try and keep things as simple as possible, if you are not clear what we mean in any of our terms or conditions, please contact us and we will try and make things as clear as we can and explain the reasons why we have a particuler policy.

INCO TERM 2000 EXW applies to all sales unless varied by the terms laid out above.

Any disputes will be settled under English Law.
