Ballasts

Ballasts may or may not include ignitors, depending on the make of the model being purchased, so please take note of the information contained in the item description.

As a rule, the Maxigrow range is "plug and paly" and comes with a standard "IEC" or "kettle lead" type plug on the end of their refletor lead.

The Canatronics range has a remote ignitor design, that allows the ballast to be kept away from the Growroom and therefore reduce the heat signiture of the room overall, benefitting the plants environment and improving the life of the equipment (less heat and moisture).
