Delivery
Standard delivery is £5+VAT (£5.88) for Postage and Packaging to any UK Mainland Address (excl Highlands) using either the Post Office or our Courier (the choice of which, will remain ours). We aim to dispatch all products the day we receive them. Goods are dispatched from our site in Telford for delivery "NEXT DAY" which means next working day unless specified at the time of order. We must receive an order by 1500hrs if we are to ensure dispatch in time for the goods to leave site in time to achieve these timescales and only then Mon-Fri as the courier only collects on these days. Please note that our costs are greater than the figure we are charging, however, to make things simpler we have rounded our costs DOWN to just £5+VATIf you require a Saturday Delvery, please specify this at the time of ordering. The additional charge for this is £14+VAT per package, please contact us for more information.Clevergreen Ltd will always try to get the goods to your as soon as possible, however, sometimes things go wrong, so we commit to a maximum of 7 days from date of order to date of receipt. If the goods have not turned up after this time, please let us know so we can chase our Courier.Please note that the standard insurance for this item will only cover the wholesale value of your goods and this will be applied at the rate of £10 per kg, inc packaging. Addtional insurance can be obtained at the cost price of £9.00+VAT per consignment.
If we find that our stock levels are not correct and this results in the need to forward some of the items to you seperately, you will be informed of this in adavance. We will always try and absorb the cost of this, however, due to the costs involved we are not always able to do this. If this is the case and you are going to be asked to pay extra for a split consignment, we will contact you in advance and ask for your guidance provided you have given us contact information.From time to time our costs may change without any notification, if this is the case, reserve the right to vary the cost of any item. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to dispatch in order to gain your agreement to this. If you do not accept the new price, we will refund the money for the items that have changed only. We will not accept any liability for any other damages how so ever caused.
Collections
You can collect your consignment(s) from any UK Business Post Depot for a charge of £9.99 PER CONSIGNMENT, to save money please put all products in to a single order as we can not consolidate orders once they have been received.
If you reserve your shopping basket for collection in store, you will need your username to allow us to recover it from the system. We will not take the products from the shelves, but the product will be reserved until you get to the shop, provided this is within 24hrs of the reservation being made. On occasion due to theft, mistakes and other things that we can not control, we may find the product is not available when you come to collect the items you have reserved. If this is the case, we will do our best to resolve the situation to the best of our ability including delivery to a local Business Post depot anywhere in the UK Mainland (excl Highlands Area) at our expense.
Returns
No returns will be accepted without a valid "Return Authorisation Number" which will be provided when you contact our Sales Order line. If goods are returned and are not faulty, we may return them to you at the full original cost plus 15% of the purchase value to cover administration & packaging costs, plus postage at cost.
